Roof Replacement at LaScala Condominiums

Welcome to Roof Wars, your premier roofing and construction company! We are excited to announce that we will soon begin a significant project at the LaScala Condos in Naples, Florida. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all residents during this process.

Planning Phase

Our dedicated team will be on-site from Friday, March 1st through Sunday, March 3rd for various task in preparation of the roof replacement project. This initial step is crucial for us to assess the specifics of the job, finalize our work plan, and prepare for the construction phase. During these days, our experts will be evaluating the site, setting up necessary equipment, and coordinating with the condo management to ensure a smooth operation.

Construction Phase

The actual work on replacing the roofing will commence on Monday, March 4th. We anticipate this phase to move swiftly, thanks to our advanced planning and the expertise of our team. Roof Wars prioritizes not only the quality of our work but also the minimization of disruption to the daily lives of LaScala Condos’ residents.

Roof Wars Tentative Project Timeline

  • March 1: Project initiated. Installation of a 10k lift machine, SkyTrak, and chute completed. SkyTrak delivered.
  • March 4 (Monday): Materials scheduled for delivery on-site.
  • March 5: Potential rain forecasted.
  • March 6: Tentative start of work. The process of tearing off and drying in is planned, spanning over four days (March 6-9).
  • March 25 (3 weeks from March 4): Delivery of metal for the roof.
  • March 25-29: Start and completion of standing seam installation, a task estimated to take five days.
  • April 1 (Monday): Initiation of small TPO flat roofs installation on the front of the building, expected to take three days (April 1-3).
  • April 4: Commencement of large patio roof (TPO flat roof) installation, scheduled for three days (April 4-6). Disassembly of the pergola flooring also begins.
  1. Roof Wars will deliver the necessary equipment on March 1st in preparation for the roofing project.
  2. The tear-off phase of the roofing project is scheduled to begin on March 6th, marking the commencement of
    active construction work.
  3. Guests are kindly requested to clear the parking spots located on the south side of the building. Roof Wars will
    use these areas for the storage of materials and equipment essential for the roofing project.
  4. For the duration of the project, Roof Wars will allocate the northeast corner of the building for the placement of
    machinery and the building shoot, ensuring a streamlined operation.
  5. Roof Wars will provide updates 48 hours in advance of transitioning to each new phase of the roofing project,
    keeping all residents informed and prepared.
  6. During the construction period, all personnel and visitors are advised to use the exit on the south side of the
    building to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
  7. Please remove all items from the walls and wall shelves: e.g. pictures, plates, figurines, mirrors, etc. Hammering
    will create vibrations that may shake these items off the walls and shelves.
  8. Please move your cars, motorcycles, bicycles, all mechanical equipment, or items with valuable finishes, etc. while
    work is being done.
  9. When entering or leaving your unit, please signal an employee, so they can help you safely across the
    work zone
